6 Days-Kilimanjaro Cost –Tour Itinerary.

Day 1: Drive to Rongai Gate, Hike to Simba Camps

The begin of 6-Days Kilimanjaro Climb cost. After arriving at the gate we will commence trekking from 2000m to 2650m, which is a total distance of 6km taking you 3-4 hours. While passing via montane forest climate reaching the Simba camp where you will have overnight.

Day 2: Hike to Second Caves

on this day after breakfast we will continue hiking for 6km moving from 2650m to 3450m high, passing through moorland habitat taking you about 3-4 hours. Reaching the second cave camp where you will have overnight.

Day 3: Hike to Third Caves

in the morning we will trek from an elevation of 3450m to 3880m, cover the distance of 9km for 2-3 hours to reach the third cave camp. in the camp we will have overnight.

Day 4: Hike to Kibo Huts

early in the morning we will have breakfast then climb from 3880m to 4750m high reaching the Kibo hut camp. This distance of 5km passing through Alpine desert, taking 3-4 hours to reach the camp where you will have overnight.

Day 5: Hike to Summit, and down to Horombo Huts

after early meals at the hut you will then hike for 6km from the height 4700m to 5895m reaching the summit where you will have some time before descending to 3700m covering a totals distance of 15 km through Alpine desert. This will be about 6-8 hours to reach the Horombo hut where you will have overnight

Day 6: Descend to the Gate, drive to Arusha.

On this day in early sunrise you will continue descending to height of 1700 m passing through mountain forest habitat for 20 km reaching the gate after 4-5 hours. At the gate you will be granted your trekking certificate, and then you will celebrate with your crew before leaving to a hotel in town. Don’t forget to tip you porters.
